About the role

Join the kitchen team at Glyndebourne Opera House for the Summer Opera Festival, running from May to August 2026. As a Chef de Partie you will work alongside award‑winning chefs to deliver high‑quality dishes across multiple dining outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high‑quality dishes in line with menu specifications.
• Support menu delivery across several restaurant, bar and outdoor catering outlets.
• Maintain rigorous hygiene and food‑safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Adapt duties to match your skill set and the festival’s operational needs.

Required profile

• Passionate, hardworking individual with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is essential.
