About the role
Responsive Personnel are seeking a Class 2 Refuse Driver for a client in the Cheltenham area. The position offers an immediate start on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis, with regular weekday hours.
Key responsibilities
- Drive waste and recycling vehicles safely along a pre‑planned route.
- Perform daily vehicle checks, report any defects and ensure the vehicle is in good working order.
- Assist with loading when required and ensure the vehicle is unloaded, refuelled and ready for the next day.
- Comply with all company health and safety policies.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions and maintain a flexible approach to assigned tasks.
Required profile
- Available for immediate start.
- Willing to work on a temp‑to‑perm basis.
- Flexible to work Monday‑Friday, 06:45‑15:00.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
