Class Two HGV Driver – Refrigerated Meat Delivery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Class Two HGV driver to join a reputable client in Banbury, delivering boxed meat using a refrigerated vehicle. The role involves early‑start shifts and requires reliable time‑keeping to meet delivery schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Perform multi‑drop deliveries of chilled meat products across the South East England region.
• Maintain vehicle temperature controls and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Adhere to planned routes and delivery windows, reporting any delays promptly.
• Keep accurate delivery documentation and vehicle logs.

Required profile

• Valid UK driving licence held for at least two years.
• Minimum two years of Class Two multi‑drop experience; chilled‑goods experience preferred.
• CPC/Tacho licence holder.
• Clean driving record (no more than six points, no CD, DD, DR or IN endorsements).
• Physically fit and able to handle boxed meat loads.
• Excellent geographical knowledge of the South East England area.

Required skills

• Class Two HGV licence.
• CPC/Tacho licence.
• Knowledge of refrigerated transport procedures.
