About the role

Join Parkdean Resorts as a Cleaner and help create a welcoming first impression for every guest. You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness across our holiday homes, ensuring each space is safe, spotless, and ready for guests to enjoy.

Key responsibilities

• Clean holiday homes to the brand’s high‑quality standards.
• Manage your own workload to complete the required number of cleans within the allocated time.
• Use company‑supplied chemicals and cleaning materials safely, following COSHH guidelines.
• Address guest queries courteously and resolve issues with minimal disruption.
• Report any faults, repairs, or other issues promptly to the Accommodation Supervisor.

Required profile

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varied days, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
• Capability to work at a fast pace while following complex work plans efficiently.
• Positive and friendly manner when interacting with guests and team members.
