Commercial Manager (Graduates welcome)

About the role

As a Commercial Manager supporting the Associate Director, you will drive new lettings across Bruntwood SciTech’s Alderley Park campus, negotiating commercial transactions and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the enquiry pipeline, conduct viewings and instruct deals to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Take over opportunities generated by business development and marketing teams, understanding space needs and delivering quotes and transactions.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and progress deals to completion.
• Attend networking events to raise awareness of Bruntwood SciTech’s portfolio and generate new leads.
• Identify creative solutions to attract occupiers when immediate property solutions are unavailable.
• Support existing customers by maintaining relationships and addressing their ongoing space requirements.

Required profile

• A passion for the commercial property industry.
• A degree in Real Estate or a related field, or equivalent experience in sales, negotiation, target management, or deal structuring.
• Experience in estate agency is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to adapt communication style to diverse stakeholders.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a drive to deliver excellent experiences.
• Eagerness to learn, develop internal and external networks, and step outside comfort zones.
