Compliance Property Manager – Residential Lettings

About the role

We are seeking a Compliance Property Manager to join a well‑established estate agency in Edinburgh. You will be responsible for ensuring that a portfolio of residential properties meets all legal, regulatory and safety obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage compliance requirements across a residential property portfolio.
• Monitor statutory inspections, certifications and renewal deadlines.
• Arrange and coordinate safety inspections and related assessments.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors and external bodies.
• Coordinate remedial works identified through inspections.
• Maintain compliance information in internal systems.
• Support implementation of legislative updates and HMO licensing obligations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Compliance Property Manager or in a similar coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SME Professional software.
• Experience using Fixflo.
• Competent in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
