Construction Account Executive – Lloyd's Broker

About the role

Join a well‑established Lloyd's broker with over 150 staff across London and the South East. As a Construction Account Executive you will support the Commercial and Construction team, handling renewals, new business and day‑to‑day broker queries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage renewal and new business pipelines for construction and property insurance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior account handlers, business developers and supervisors.
• Process invoicing, mid‑term adjustments and routine client queries.
• Maintain high‑quality written and verbal communications with clients and internal teams.
• Proactively monitor workloads to ensure timely delivery of service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a UK Construction Account Executive within an insurance brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of construction, property and liability insurance products.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to analyse information and support professional qualification pathways.

Required skills

• Experience with the Acturis insurance platform (preferred).
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
