Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager – Hybrid, Profit Share

About the role

Pro-Finance is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join its growing tax team in the South West and Wales. The successful candidate will work from one of the firm’s offices in Bristol, Cardiff or Cheltenham, delivering compliance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing tax compliance, accounting and planning services.
• Support partners on advisory assignments, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and complex tax investigations.
• Review and oversee team workloads, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused tax advice.

Required profile

• ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA qualification.
• Proven experience managing a corporate tax client portfolio.
• Experience supervising, mentoring and developing staff.
• Strong technical corporate tax knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive client service approach.
