Counterbalance Forklift Driver

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse team in Rochester. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, with immediate start dates available for candidates ready to work straight away.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift to move stock safely and efficiently.
• Load HGVs for distribution and unload incoming deliveries.
• Prepare and organise stock for customer orders, including picking, packing and wrapping.
• Support production operations when required and assist colleagues across warehouse and production teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Availability to work 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Ability to start immediately.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
