CRM Business Analyst

About the role

Christian Aid is seeking a CRM Business Analyst to lead continuous improvement of its Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Reporting to the Supporter Data Manager, you will work closely with the Agile delivery team and a wide range of internal stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Apply best‑practice Business Analysis methods to capture, document and prioritise requirements.
• Analyse current (As‑Is) and future (To‑Be) processes, data structures and inter‑dependencies.
• Extract and interpret data from multiple sources to inform business cases.
• Collaborate with the Scrum team, participating in all ceremonies and ensuring JIRA reflects accurate progress.
• Identify opportunities for Dynamics 365 to streamline and enhance business processes.
• Support the prioritisation of high‑impact initiatives that improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Significant experience or a professional qualification in Business Analysis.
• Proven track record of requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and data mapping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate risks and work collaboratively across functions.
