About the role
As a Customer Operations Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our customers across phone, email and live‑chat. You will deliver friendly, reliable support, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression and helps build our reputation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer experiences on all communication channels.
- Process bookings and keep customer accounts accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Act on feedback to improve service quality and drive positive reviews.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to support customers confidently.
- Contribute to team KPIs such as response times, satisfaction and quality.
Required profile
- Previous experience delivering high‑standard customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Creative problem‑solver with initiative and a willingness to learn.
- Team player who enjoys supporting colleagues.
- Flexible to adapt working hours based on demand.
