Customer Service Advisor – Finchley Lido Leisure Centre

About the role

GLL is seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join the team at Finchley Lido Leisure Centre in Barnet. You will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, helping them with enquiries, memberships and day‑to‑day centre activities.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors at the centre.
• Process transactions, set up direct debits and handle cash.
• Promote and sell memberships, converting enquiries into sign‑ups.
• Provide information on centre facilities, equipment and programmes.
• Support the team by preparing studios, gyms and sports halls and maintaining cleanliness.

Required profile

• A can‑do attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
• Excellent communication, numerical and literacy skills.
• Team‑player who can work flexibly according to service needs.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.

Required skills

• Cash handling experience.
• Basic administration experience.
