Danish speaking Finance Graduate Client Associate

About the role

This full‑time graduate position is based in a modern Canary Wharf office and supports a multilingual sales team for a financial services firm. You will act as the first point of contact for Danish‑speaking clients, helping them open accounts and understand the company’s product offering.

Key responsibilities

• Collect client information and set up new accounts in the banking system.
• Build and maintain relationships with Danish‑speaking customers in the financial sector.
• Collaborate with the Denmark sales team and investment advisors to manage daily workload.
• Ensure client reports are accurate, timely, and processed efficiently.
• Provide administrative support to the wider sales and client service teams.

Required profile

• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical, communication and organisational abilities.
• Motivated to deliver high‑quality client service in a fast‑paced environment.
• Graduate degree in finance, banking, economics or a related field is desirable.
