Delivery Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Delivery Consultant to join a fast‑growing specialist recruitment business in central Bristol. You will work on a high‑volume portfolio of technology and engineering roles, delivering end‑to‑end recruitment services for market‑leading clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and qualify top candidates for a variety of live vacancies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening and interview preparation to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain compliance throughout the process and support onboarding activities.
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants and account managers to meet client demand.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment delivery (180° or 270°), resourcing or talent acquisition.
• Strong candidate engagement and sourcing abilities.
• Motivated, fast‑paced mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines and targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised with a structured approach to workload management.
• Positive, team‑first attitude and desire to grow within a scaling business.
