About the role

H&M is seeking a Department Manager for its South East London stores. This permanent, full‑time role involves leading a team to deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support your team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
• Maintain excellent operational and visual standards to ensure a superior customer experience.
• Analyse sales performance, identify commercial opportunities, set goals and develop plans to optimise results, profits and stock levels.
• Recruit, onboard and develop team members, promoting growth and innovation.
• Monitor store strengths, growth areas, competitor activity and local market trends.
