Deputy General Manager – Bingo Club

About the role

Buzz Bingo is looking for a Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in delivering a consistent, high‑quality customer experience across its Feltham club. This full‑time, onsite position requires flexibility to work across all opening hours and a passion for the Bingo brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in ensuring the Buzz Bingo brand values are lived at every customer touch‑point.
• Deputise for the General Manager on all operational aspects of the club, including staffing, KPI monitoring and performance reviews.
• Evaluate actions to maintain and improve key performance indicators and overall club profitability.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels are deployed throughout the day to maximise service quality.
• Contribute input to the club’s local strategic plan and help implement the wider brand strategy at a local level.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior operational or management role within a hospitality, entertainment or similar customer‑facing environment.
• Strong understanding of KPI management and performance optimisation.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Flexibility to work across all opening hours, including weekends and evenings.
