Design & Technical Services Manager – Luxury Hotels

About the role

Artizan Group is expanding its Design & Technical Services team to support a growing portfolio of luxury hospitality projects across EMEA. Based in London with flexible working arrangements, the role involves travelling to sites in Iceland, Morocco, Portugal and the Middle East to ensure design quality and technical coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and technical services for refurbishment, conversion and new‑build hotel projects.
• Coordinate with owners, operators, consultants and project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct capital planning, technical asset reviews and long‑term investment planning.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders across diverse locations.
• Ensure design solutions align with hotel operations and live asset constraints.

Required profile

• 10+ years of international experience in luxury hotel design and technical services.
• Background in project management, architecture or a related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and the challenges of working within operational assets.
• Proven leadership and project delivery capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
