Director, Health & Benefits – Large Corporate

About the role

WTW is seeking a Director to lead its Health & Benefits practice for large corporate clients in the UK. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping health, wellbeing and protection strategies that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements for large corporate clients, covering design, implementation and ongoing management of complex health benefit programmes.
• Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, providing advice on health, risk and wellbeing initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on market developments, benefit design, insurer strategies and funding approaches.
• Collaborate with insurers, vendors and internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive commercial outcomes, meet chargeable hours and revenue targets, and identify cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience consulting large corporate clients on health, wellbeing and private medical insurance schemes.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage profitable engagements.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Track record of business development and account growth.
