Director of Talent Acquisition

About the role

As the Director of Talent Acquisition at Mantell Associates, you will lead the global recruitment function for a fast‑growing executive search firm operating across Europe, North America, Asia‑Pacific and the Middle East. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the strategy, build high‑performing teams and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
• Build and sustain a pipeline of top‑tier Recruitment Consultants, Managers and future leaders.
• Own end‑to‑end internal recruitment, from attraction and offer management to onboarding.
• Partner with senior directors to forecast hiring needs and create proactive recruitment plans.
• Enhance the employer brand on LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Introduce innovative sourcing, assessment processes and recruitment technology.
• Track performance through KPIs, reporting and market intelligence.
• Support succession planning, long‑term workforce planning and learning & development initiatives.

Required profile

• Significant experience recruiting within the recruitment industry.
• Proven success hiring high‑performing Recruitment Consultants and leaders.
• Experience building talent acquisition strategies in high‑growth environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience measuring recruitment performance.
• Commercial acumen to balance quality, speed and business growth.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
