About the role
The Employment & Entrepreneurship Skills Educator will join GBS’s Employability and Entrepreneurship Department to support students and graduates as they transition into professional employment or start their own ventures. Working on‑site at the Greenford Campus, you will deliver tailored guidance, develop employability programmes and inspire entrepreneurial thinking.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and group coaching sessions that help students secure employment, internships, volunteer roles or launch a business.
- Offer personalised advice, training and resources to overcome individual barriers to career or enterprise success.
- Design and deliver workshops, seminars and practical activities that develop CV writing, interview techniques, networking and innovative thinking.
- Collaborate with campus staff to integrate employability content into the curriculum and coordinate the Careers Hub services.
- Monitor student progress and evaluate the impact of interventions, adjusting programmes as needed.
Required profile
- Passion for career guidance and entrepreneurship education.
- Experience working with higher‑education students or recent graduates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Required skills
