Entry-level Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, self‑motivated individual to join our Bristol team as an Entry‑level Recruitment Consultant. You will work autonomously to build your own mini business, develop client relationships and deliver on sales targets without micromanagement.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for a variety of client roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with client organisations.
• Meet and exceed individual revenue and placement targets.
• Collaborate with the wider team for support and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously improve performance through regular training and feedback.

• Base salary £26,500‑£27,500 per year plus uncapped commission (up to 30%).
