Estate Agent – Sales & Lettings (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent to join a dynamic property business in Dartford. You will manage the full sales and lettings journey, building strong client relationships and ensuring smooth transaction progression from offer to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential sales and lettings negotiations.
• Progress agreed sales through to completion, liaising with solicitors, buyers, sellers and other stakeholders.
• Generate new business opportunities where possible.
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems efficiently.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales progression within estate agency or residential property.
• Experience managing both sales and lettings negotiations.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Target‑driven with a proactive approach.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).

Required skills

• Alto CRM or similar property software.
