Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator – Residential Sales

About the role

Join Connells Group’s Mann branch in Gravesend as an Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator). You will work within a leading residential sales team, delivering exceptional service to buyers and sellers while developing your career across a range of property‑related services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales terms.
• Progress sales through exchange and completion.
• Schedule appointments to maximise branch activity.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer‑care focus and resilience.
• Organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
