Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team in Saffron Walden. You will work with a friendly group of property professionals handling a diverse portfolio of homes, from city centre properties to village houses and new developments.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify prospective buyers and sellers.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely feedback.
• Handle enquiries via phone, email and face‑to‑face.
• Lead negotiations and agree sales terms.
• Report feedback to clients promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator in an estate agency.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and meet multiple deadlines.
• Self‑motivated with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professionalism, confidentiality and independent working capability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with IT systems and willingness to adopt new technology.

What we offer

• Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission (target earnings £48,000).
• 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, with additional leave for length of service and Christmas.
