Estimating Administrator

About the role

The Estimating Administrator will support a reputable glazing company by ensuring quotations are accurately processed, priced and delivered to clients in a timely manner. You will act as a key liaison between sales, suppliers and customers, providing high‑quality administrative support throughout the tender process.

Key responsibilities

• Log new enquiries onto the system and manage tender documentation within project files.
• Request additional information from clients to clarify requirements.
• Liaise with external suppliers to obtain timely quotations.
• Prepare and issue quotations using the company’s standard templates.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
• Respond to sales calls and live‑chat enquiries professionally.
• Review and update sales team trackers to maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Experience in surveying, estimating or sales within the construction industry is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of fenestration products and processes is advantageous.
• A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline is preferred.
• Commitment to an inclusive and supportive working environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Rhino.
• Proficiency in Archicad.
• Proficiency in Revit.

What we offer

• Full‑time role, 8:30 am‑5:30 pm with a one‑hour break.
• Salary between £27,000 and £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
