EU/UK Logistics Manager

About the role

SKIMS is a solutions‑oriented brand creating the next generation of underwear, loungewear, shapewear and essentials. As the company scales globally, it seeks an EU/UK Logistics Manager to lead and scale European logistics operations, owning end‑to‑end freight and transportation from origin to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all EU/UK ocean, air and road freight movements, including carrier selection, rate negotiations and contract management.
• Ensure customs compliance for bonded and non‑bonded facilities and partner with the Trade Compliance team on import/export documentation.
• Oversee 3PL and freight forwarder relationships, set KPIs, conduct business reviews and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Maintain accurate logistics data in NetSuite ERP, produce reports and provide real‑time shipment updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Production, Planning, Sourcing, Accounting, IT and Distribution to align logistics strategy with business priorities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in EU/UK logistics, freight or supply chain, preferably in apparel or consumer goods.
• Proven track record managing freight forwarders, parcel carriers and 3PL providers.
• Strong knowledge of EU and UK customs regulations and trade compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with logistics systems.
• Experience using NetSuite ERP.
