About the role
SKIMS is expanding its retail footprint across EMEA and seeks a proactive, detail‑oriented Operations Coordinator to support franchise, retail and concession partners from its London office.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and process franchise, retail and concession orders across EMEA markets, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Act as the primary operational contact for partners, providing day‑to‑day support and issue resolution.
- Monitor the order lifecycle from placement through delivery and store receipt.
- Coordinate with 3PL providers in Europe and the UK, as well as internal Logistics and Retail teams, to ensure smooth product flow.
- Support new store openings and seasonal launches from an operational perspective.
- Prepare shipping documentation, export paperwork and operational requirements for international outbound deliveries.
- Partner with Sales, Finance and Accounts Receivable to resolve payment discrepancies and account issues.
- Handle returns, claims, stock discrepancies and credit requests following company procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer, store and franchise data across systems.
- Assist with reporting and analysis of order management, fulfilment performance and operational KPIs.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and update SOPs, process documentation and operational guidelines.
- Support testing, implementation and continuous improvement of operational systems and tools.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations, Customer Service or Order Management, preferably within fashion, retail or consumer goods.
- Experience supporting franchise partners, retail stores, concessions or multi‑channel distribution networks across EMEA.
- Strong understanding of outbound operations, order management and customer service processes.
- Experience with EDI platforms and ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse data and produce operational reports.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a continuous‑improvement approach.
