Retail Allocator – EMEA

About the role

SKIMS is seeking a highly analytical Retail Allocator for the EMEA region to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time across its owned stores. The role focuses on daily allocation, replenishment and inventory optimisation to maximise sales and support new store openings.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily and weekly inventory allocations across all EMEA owned retail stores.
• Monitor store performance, stock levels, sell‑through and weeks of supply to ensure optimal inventory flow.
• Allocate new product launches, seasonal collections and promotional stock based on demand forecasts.
• Analyse inventory performance by store, region and product category to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with the Planning Manager to align allocation strategies with financial and inventory plans.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising and Supply Chain teams to support assortment and shipment priorities.
• Manage inter‑store transfers and support new store openings with initial inventory allocations.
• Produce weekly allocation and inventory reports for regional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Experience with ERP or planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Blue Yonder or Anaplan.
• Strong data analysis and numerical skills.
