International CX Operations Support Specialist (London)

About the role

SKIMS is looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented CX Operations & Support Specialist to join its London team. Working hybrid (2–3 days onsite), you will act as a bridge between frontline customer support and the operational teams that power the customer journey across EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multi‑channel customer support (email, chat, SMS, social media) and resolve delivery, fulfillment, inventory, and policy issues.
• Manage shipping exceptions, carrier investigations, lost‑package claims and coordinate with international and US warehouses.
• Investigate chargebacks, high‑risk orders and support fraud‑prevention processes.
• Collaborate with retail, CX, logistics and tech teams to address complex cases and share insights.
• Support reporting, damage analysis and communication of service disruptions.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in e‑commerce, customer service or retail operations.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational and communication abilities.
• Flexible availability for occasional evening or weekend operational support.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Based in London and able to work hybrid.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience using customer service platforms (Kustomer preferred).
