About the role
Join a network of primary schools in Canterbury as an EYFS Supply Teacher. You will create a safe, stimulating environment for young learners, delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and supporting children’s social, emotional and academic development.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, child‑centred lessons in line with the EYFS Framework.
- Provide a nurturing environment that promotes confidence, curiosity and a love of learning.
- Monitor and assess pupils’ progress, offering feedback to support individual development.
- Collaborate with school staff and communicate effectively with parents.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
Required profile
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it.
- Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and its implementation.
- Enthusiastic, patient and nurturing approach to early childhood education.
