Facilities Coordinator

About the role

Join The Walt Disney Company’s Facilities Management team in London as a Facilities Coordinator. This office‑based position works four days a week on‑site at the Hammersmith office and one day remotely, supporting a vibrant workplace that reflects Disney’s values of integrity, inclusion, creativity, collaboration and community.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the Facilities & Operations Service Point from 08:00‑18:00, handling calls from building occupants.
• Log fault reports, create work worksheets and dispatch them to the appropriate internal teams or external contractors.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service, ensuring callers feel their issues are owned and resolved quickly.
• Conduct building walks to identify and record faults.
• Maintain proficiency with the specialised PC programmes used for Service Point activities, receiving training as needed.
• Support the Facilities Management Team with shift‑pattern flexibility and cover for leave or absences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities coordination or a similar role.
• Ability to work a rolling shift pattern and adapt to schedule changes.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when recording and tracking issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Commitment to Disney’s core values and a customer‑first mindset.
