Fashion Designer – Fast-Paced Womenswear & Menswear

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Fashion Designer to join a rapidly growing team that supplies premium high‑street retailers. Working across both menswear and womenswear, you will translate runway trends into commercially viable collections that reach store shelves quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Design across key categories including tailoring, softs, outerwear and casualwear.
• Convert catwalk trends into wearable, commercial products.
• Lead fabric sourcing and collaborate closely with mills and suppliers.
• Create compelling design presentations and digital lookbooks.
• Work with international teams, acting as the on‑ground eyes and ears.
• Manage stakeholder conversations confidently, even when challenges arise.

Required profile

• Strong, premium design handwriting with a proven track record in a fast‑paced, high‑street or supplier environment.
• Passion for fabrics, trends and innovation.
• Confidence, resilience and the ability to work at speed.
