Fiduciary Management & OCIO Investment Advisory Lead – UK Institutional

About the role

This senior position is responsible for delivering high‑quality investment advisory, quantitative analysis, and research to both internal leadership and external stakeholders such as trustees, CFOs, and pension committees. You will work closely with large UK defined‑benefit pension schemes to understand their unique circumstances and shape tailored fiduciary and OCIO solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Produce investment advisory, quantitative analysis and research for internal and external audiences.
• Manage a pipeline of long‑cycle, consultative relationships with large UK DB pension schemes.
• Refine funding and fiduciary propositions and translate ideas into compelling narratives.
• Lead and support RFIs, RFPs, DDQs, pitchbooks and external presentations.
• Drive initiatives to launch new services and solutions.
• Support M&A activity and selective corporate development opportunities.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the UK DB pensions landscape, including scheme dynamics, liability management, and funding strategy.
• Strong investment knowledge to engage credibly with fiduciary/OCIO topics and internal investment teams.
• Proven experience in relationship‑led sales to institutional clients.
• Background in investment consultancy, fiduciary management, or actuarial consultancy.
