Financial Controller

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing global technology company to hire a Financial Controller who will own cost management across the Group. Reporting to the Group Finance Controller and leading a team of regional Finance Managers, you will play a key part in building finance infrastructure, supporting SOX readiness and driving finance transformation.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end month‑end close for all non‑headcount cost areas across multiple entities.
• Perform P&L analysis (MoM, YoY, budget vs. actual) and deliver management information packs to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure statutory compliance across Group entities, including audits, corporate tax and sales tax.
• Provide technical accounting support, including transfer pricing and inter‑company accounting.
• Design and implement financial controls and actively contribute to a SOX readiness programme.
• Develop and mentor direct reports in regional finance teams.

Required profile

• Fully qualified (ACA) with practice training.
• Current experience at Controller, Assistant Controller or Senior Finance Manager level.
• Proven experience in a fast‑paced, scaling business – sector flexible.
• Strong technical accounting expertise in multi‑entity and inter‑company environments.
• Exposure to transfer pricing is a plus.

• Advanced Excel.
• NetSuite (experience desirable).
