Flying Faculty Lecturer – Business & Management (4‑8 week block)

About the role

This short‑term, on‑site position involves delivering an intensive 4‑8 week teaching block for a UK‑validated business module at a partner university in China. The role is designed to complement existing UK academic commitments and supports Elubao Global Campus Ltd’s transnational education programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a UK‑validated module block (accounting, finance, marketing or management) over a 4‑8 week intensive period at a partner university in China.
• Provide in‑person academic support and guidance to enrolled students throughout the teaching block.
• Prepare and mark assessments in line with the agreed timeline.
• Collaborate with local faculty and the Elubao Global Campus team to ensure quality and compliance with transnational education standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Management Studies, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in UK higher‑education teaching, preferably delivering intensive block courses.
• Willingness and ability to travel to China for the duration of the block.
• Valid UK passport or equivalent right‑to‑work documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse academic environment.
