Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will join the on‑board team of the Britannic Explorer, a Belmond luxury train, to deliver exceptional restaurant and bar service throughout the seasonal journey. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will help maintain the high standards expected by discerning guests while supporting a dynamic, storytelling‑focused hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest dietary requirements and take orders with precision.
• Ensure LQA (Luxury Quality Assurance) standards are consistently met and documented.
• Oversee all F&B cleaning tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures and report completion.
• Maintain stock levels for operational supplies, china, crockery and glassware.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations during the July‑December 2026 season.

Required profile

• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, administrative and customer‑service abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage products.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
