Foodservice National Account Manager – Foodservice Sector

About the role

The Foodservice NAM will drive ambitious growth plans within the foodservice channel by managing and developing relationships with key accounts. This role requires a strategic approach to account management and business development in a collaborative, medium‑sized food business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement account strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
• Manage key relationships with existing accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and account reviews to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with company policies, goals, and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in account management within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding and background within foodservice, including market trends and customer needs.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions.
