FP&A Senior Analyst (Maternity Cover)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Senior Analyst to provide maternity cover for a global agency. The role is ideal for a commercially‑minded finance professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can take ownership of financial planning, forecasting, reporting and business partnering.

Key responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities across the UK and MEA regions, ensuring continuity throughout the contract.
• Deliver forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and performance reporting.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and use SQL to analyse complex data sets.
• Partner with Sales, Client and Practice leaders to support pipeline forecasting, pricing and commercial decision‑making.
• Identify risks and opportunities while driving reporting and process improvements.

Required profile

• Significant FP&A experience, preferably within professional services, communications or consultancy.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent business‑partnering skills.
• Hands‑on expertise with SQL, Power BI, CRM systems and data‑warehouse reporting.
• Ability to adapt quickly, influence stakeholders and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
