Freelance Personal Trainer – Join Everlast Gyms

About the role

Everlast Gyms is seeking qualified freelance Personal Trainers to deliver bespoke fitness programmes and group classes to our members. You will work in a fast‑paced, supportive environment, helping clients progress from ‘good’ to ‘great’ while building your own client base.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalised training plans for individual members.
• Lead group training sessions, workshops and fitness events.
• Promote and sell personal training services and Everlast’s MOVE onboarding programme.
• Maintain a safe training environment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Participate in monthly mentorship meetings and continuous professional development activities.

Required profile

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
• CIMSPA Practitioner level membership.
• Valid Public Liability Insurance (minimum £2 million cover).
• Passionate about helping members achieve their fitness goals.

Required skills

• Ability to create tailored exercise programmes.
• Strong knowledge of fitness equipment and safe training practices.
• Effective communication and client‑engagement skills.
