French Language Assistant – Permanent (North Finchley)

About the role
Woodhouse College is seeking a French Language Assistant to support its vibrant 16‑19 academy. This permanent position involves working closely with students aged 16‑18 to enhance their French language learning experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering French language lessons and activities.
- Provide additional language practice and support to students.
- Help prepare and organise classroom materials and resources.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Required profile
- Native or near‑native speaker of French.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, reliable and well‑organised.
- Good IT proficiency, including working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively with young people aged 16‑18.
