French‑Speaking Consultant / Senior Consultant (London)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our London team on a hybrid basis. You will work closely with senior leaders and private‑equity‑backed businesses on strategic organisational and operational transformation projects across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse organisational and business challenges for client firms.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership teams.
• Develop strategic recommendations supported by robust analysis.
• Lead project workstreams and ensure delivery quality.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth and knowledge development.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in management or strategy consulting.
• Fluent in English and French (essential).
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial awareness and intellectual curiosity.
• Willingness to travel across Europe as projects require.
