About the role
We are looking for an experienced French‑speaking Private Personal Assistant to support an ultra‑high‑net‑worth principal/founder. This fast‑paced role combines high‑level personal support with the integration of emerging AI technologies to optimise daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Support the UHNW principal/founder in daily personal and professional matters.
- Coordinate and oversee global property management and household staff.
- Manage complex projects, travel arrangements and high‑value transactions.
- Integrate emerging technologies and AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of service.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English (essential).
- Degree‑level education or equivalent academic background.
- Extensive experience supporting ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals.
- Solution‑oriented with exceptional organisational abilities.
- Tech‑savvy mindset, comfortable adopting AI‑driven systems.
