Front of House Leader – Blackfriars Road

About the role

The Front of House Leader will oversee daily operations at the Pret shop on Blackfriars Road, delivering exceptional customer service while coaching and mentoring the team. This full‑time position works 35 hours per week in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the front‑of‑house team to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure product quality, store cleanliness and compliance with health and safety policies.
• Handle cash, manage tills and oversee daily financial reporting.
• Operate coffee machines and other equipment when needed, after training.
• Monitor sales figures, control costs and protect profit margins.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere for both customers and staff during busy periods.
