About the role

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Professional to be the face of our client’s new Mayfair offices. This role goes beyond traditional reception duties, focusing on delivering a first‑class visitor experience and supporting a high‑performing workplace.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • Manage reception area, meeting rooms and hospitality standards.
  • Work closely with the Office Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Provide Office Manager cover when required.
  • Support wider office administration and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

  • Previous corporate Front of House or reception experience in a professional environment.
  • Polished, confident and highly professional communication skills.
  • Strong organisational ability with a proactive mindset.
  • Ownership‑driven attitude and desire to make a positive impact.
