Front of House Team Member

About the role

Join Zizzi’s Front of House team in the UK, greeting guests, serving drinks, delivering dishes and guiding customers through a memorable dining experience. You’ll share your favourite menu items and personalise each visit to make every guest feel welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat customers, ensuring a friendly first impression.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages at the bar.
• Deliver dishes promptly and accurately to tables.
• Maintain the restaurant’s appearance and adhere to policies, processes and guidelines.
• Support both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams to keep operations running smoothly.
• Promote Zizzi’s menu knowledge and share recommendations with guests.
