Full Stack Developer (Laravel & React)

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join Class Manager’s fast‑growing engineering team. You will work on a SaaS platform that powers youth‑focused sports clubs worldwide, using a modern, high‑performance stack and an AI‑first development culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new features and architectural improvements for the core Class Manager platform.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into scalable, high‑quality code.
• Write and optimise back‑end APIs with Laravel and front‑end components with React.
• Leverage AI‑powered coding tools to accelerate development and reduce boiler‑plate work.
• Maintain code quality, testing, and documentation while ensuring performance and security.

Required profile

• Product‑minded engineer who cares about both code quality and user impact.
• Enthusiastic about using AI as a force‑multiplier while maintaining rigorous engineering standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment and taking ownership of features from concept to delivery.

Required skills

• Laravel 13 (PHP 8.5) and deep knowledge of the Laravel ecosystem (queues, service providers, Eloquent).
• Strong SQL skills with MySQL 8.4, including query optimisation and indexing.
• React for building modern, reactive user interfaces.
• Experience with AWS serverless architectures, preferably using Bref (bonus).
