Global Audit Inspections Manager

About the role

The Global Audit Inspections Manager will lead the delivery of the network‑wide inspection programme, coordinating activities across member firms, supporting global inspection teams and driving continuous improvement of inspection methodologies and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate global inspection processes to ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement and maintain effective inspection protocols and procedures.
• Analyse inspection findings, prepare comprehensive reports and work with internal teams to address identified issues.
• Provide training, guidance and support to member firms to ensure consistent application of inspection standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in regulations, industry standards and best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for global inspection‑related queries and concerns.

Required profile

• Professional audit qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• Significant experience in external audit, audit quality or inspections.
• Strong understanding of International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and quality management principles.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across cultures.
