Gold Broker – Precious Metals Sales Role

About the role

Our client, a private gold and silver bullion house based in Belgravia, London, is seeking a motivated Gold Broker. The role offers full training and mentorship to develop expertise in bullion trading and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Learn fundamentals of bullion, precious metals and the psychology of money.
• Engage directly with high‑net‑worth individuals and private clients.
• Deliver scripted sales conversations with confidence, knowledge and personality.
• Build long‑term client relationships based on integrity.
• Achieve earnings targets while upholding values of truth, sovereignty and value.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field (2:1 or above).
• Confident, articulate and persuasive communicator.
• Independent thinker who can challenge mainstream financial narratives.
• Comfortable speaking to wealthy and discerning clients.

Required skills

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Understanding of precious metals markets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

What we offer

• Base salary £35,000 plus OTE, total earnings potential £100,000‑£120,000 per year.
• Full training and mentorship.
• Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑6 pm onsite in Belgravia.
