Graduate Finance Programme (3-year rotation)

About the role

British Airways is offering a three‑year Finance Graduate Scheme based at Heathrow. You will rotate through three finance functions, gaining real responsibility and exposure to investment decisions, commercial analysis, and supplier negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Influence investment decisions on onboard products.
• Analyse commercial opportunities for network growth.
• Negotiate with suppliers to maintain cost competitiveness.
• Partner with business units across the airline to provide financial insight.
• Work with AI‑enabled tools and ensure governance of automated processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2:2 degree (or equivalent) in any discipline.
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Problem‑solving mindset with creativity and strategic thinking.
• Interest in AI, data, automation and ethical finance governance.
