Graduate Project Manager – Project & Building Consultancy

About the role

Colliers is seeking a Graduate Project Manager to join its Project & Building Consultancy team in Bristol. This permanent position offers a clear progression path, including support toward MRICS chartership, and provides exposure to the full lifecycle of commercial property projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of project management services across a variety of commercial property projects.
• Work alongside experienced consultants to ensure high‑quality outcomes for clients.
• Gain hands‑on experience of the complete project lifecycle, from planning through to completion.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, schedules, and reports.

Required profile

• Strong academic background with a RICS‑accredited degree (e.g., BSc Construction Management, BSc Quantity Surveying, etc.).
• At least 12 months of industry experience gained through a placement year or relevant work.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, driven mindset with ambition to progress professionally.
• Commitment to achieving MRICS chartership in a timely manner.
